Nature Hike #3

I set off this afternoon for nature hike #3. This time I was prepared for the summit. I brought my camera, laptop, water and Ritz crackers for myself and to double as critter-bait. I was hoping for inspiration to hit me on the summit, then be able to type out whatever was on my mind. It was about 50 degrees when I headed out, so it seemed like shorts and sweatshirt weather. I got to the end of our lot when I heard a "mew!"

Ichi, up to his old tricks again! He decided to tag along, which was fine with me--but he wasn't getting my Bud Light (or Ritz crackers)!

Here is a video and a few pictures I took from today's hike. I didn't make it to the summit, because it just kept going up and away from the lake. But, I did find a nice spot to sit on some rocks and look out over the lake.
