Photo Week 50: Motorcycling in December
I hadn't been out on my motorcycle for two months until Friday afternoon. It took 10 minutes to fire up the ninja, but I putted around town for a bit and filled up on gas. Today I was treated to another beautiful day and couldn't resist getting out on the bike. The Olympic Mountains popped into view and this photo doesn't do a great job of showing the mountains, but they were amazing.

It's sad when it's motorcycling weather in Seattle and nothing but rain in California.

PS. My friend from college just bought a Royal Enfield. Pretty sweet and 85 MPG. I tested one, but it was pretty low on power. Still, I thought it was a cool looking bike and for $8000, not a bad deal.
